When a pompous dilettante and his scam-artist wife steal the spotlight at a juried art show, a disillusioned drop-out artist uncovers their connection to his mother's past thus plotting revenge to reclaim both her pride and his passion for art.// 

It's basically an absurd take on redemption that questions the sincerity of the commercial art world.

Danny Flescher is convinced he has something special, but as far as the art world is concerned, he goes unnoticed. He's a drop in the bucket, a fledgling old-comer who can't seem to hit his artistic stride. 

After losing to his nemesis at the local Juried Art Show, he hits a new low. Disheveled, heart broken, inconsolable... He just about trades his paintbrush for a butcher knife to appease his father. But just when the doors of his creative pursuits begin to close, his mother divulges a breadcrumb that rekindles the creative spark he’s been searching for.
